The games on this site require the Java (tm) runtime environment from Sun Microsystems. If you don't have this installed, you can get it for free at http://java.com.

Simply click on the "Word Search Puzzles" link on the left. The selected puzzle should start up shortly.

Once the puzzle starts, you can search for words from the list to the right, in the grid on the left. Words can go up, down, left, right, or any of four diagonal directions. When you find a word, select it by clicking and holding the mouse button down on the first letter and dragging the mouse to the last letter, then releasing the mouse button over the last letter.

Sometimes words can overlap other words. It can be really challenging to solve these puzzles, so be sure to allocate a block of free time for each puzzle.
